资源简介:
Total knee arthroplasty is an effective surgical treatment for advanced hemophilic arthropathy; however, it is associated with a high risk of perioperative and postoperative bleeding. Postoperative surgical drains are commonly used to reduce hematoma formation and local complications, yet their impact on hemorrhagic outcomes in patients with hemophilia remains uncertain. The available evidence is limited, heterogeneous, and largely extrapolated from populations without coagulation disorders, hindering the development of clear clinical recommendations.
