This is the drosophila medulla connectome (directed graph, Pajek format) built from the supplementary table 1 from http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v500/n7461/full/nature12450.html 379 Nodes (neurons), 3193 links, connection strenghts are the number of synapses per neuron pair. HOW TO BUILD IT 1) Get list of neurons from: https://openwiki.janelia.org/wiki/display/flyem/Medulla+TEM+Reconstruction file: https://openwiki.janelia.org/wiki/download/attachments/34505478/SWC+Repository+%2528Reconstructed+Medulla+Neurons%2529.zip?version=1&modificationDate=1375912726000 and save it as csv. Replace spaces with "_" (for bash). [Replaced droso_cells.csv file included] 2) Get supplementary table 1 from the article and save it as csv.
