Register of lease and lease contracts as at 31.08.2022 on the territory of Blagoevgrad

Leases and leases which have as their object agricultural land shall be entered in the Municipal Agricultural Office in a register where they are located, and those with the object of movable or immovable property for agricultural production at the permanent address of the lessee — a natural person or a sole trader, or at the registered office or address of management of the legal person — tenant.以农业用地为标的的租赁合同，应当在租赁标的所在地的市级农业办公室登记册中办理登记；以农业生产用动产、不动产为标的的租赁合同，需按承租人主体类型确定登记地点：若承租人为自然人或独资经营者，登记至其常住地址；若承租人为法人承租人，则登记至其注册办公地址或管理地址。
