Calculations were made according to the isotope mass balance equation: 100A=Bx+(100-x)C, where A is d13C-Corg of sediment; i' is d13C-Corg of microorganism biomass (-20.0 per mil); i¡ is d13C-Corg in suspended matter of the surface water layer ; x is percentage of newly formed Corg in total Corg content in the fluffy layer.本研究依据同位素质量平衡方程开展计算：100A=Bx+(100−x)C。其中，A为沉积物的d13C-Corg；i'为微生物生物量的d13C-Corg（-20.0‰）；i¡为表层水体悬浮颗粒物中的d13C-Corg；x为絮状层总有机碳含量内新生成有机碳所占的百分比。
