XsRinitial

This data file are the initial OD readings from the BIOLOG plates of xylose evolved populations. It was used to form the adjusted BIOLOG data by subtracting it from the values in "XsRfinal.csv". Column headings are time=generation; rep=replicate population; geno=original starting genotype; A1 through H12 correspond to wells on the 96 well BIOLOG plate (see BIOLOG for carbon substrates).
