Description: A semi-detached house is planned on the plots of Flst.-No. 350/5 and 350/32, which should be designed in a different way than in the current development plan, that the main structures are separated from each other and assembled with the garages.基于XPlanung 5.0标准的泽尔巴赫（Seelbach）市镇「吕策尔哈德北区——第一版修订（Lützelhard Nord — 1st change）」开发计划的WMS服务。说明：针对地块编号（Flst.-No.）350/5与350/32对应的地块，规划建设一栋半独立式住宅，其设计方案需区别于现行开发规划，具体要求为主体建筑结构相互分离，并与车库整合布置。
