Ralstonia solanacearum Genome sequencing and assembly. Ralstonia solanacearum

Bacterial wilt disease caused by Ralstonia solanacearum in sesame is one of the most important lethal diseases in the world. Unlike other typical strains of R. solanacearum, SEPPX05 infects a very wide range of potential host plants but peanut and pepper. The whole-genome sequencing of this strain is completed by the methods of Illumina HiSeq 2500 and PacBio. The investigation of different effectors of this strains with other typical isolates is beneficial in understanding the complex pathogenity mechanisms of R. solanacearum for bacterial wilt in different host plants.
