B-Plan 6-130d 4. Amendment Vauban (INSPIRE)

Inspire-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development plan 6-130d entered into force on 29.10.2005. A development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning and is the central element of construction management planning. The setting-up community regulates where, what and how can be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.本数据集为符合INSPIRE标准的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。编号为6-130d的开发规划于2005年10月29日正式生效。开发规划包含城市规划领域具有法律约束力的各项规定，是建设管理规划的核心组成部分。规划编制主体负责明确可开展建设的区位、建设内容与建设方式。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为编制依据。该数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型，可通过OGC:WMS及预定义ATOM格式获取。
