Reproducibility archive: What Japanese- and English-language nursing literatures each offer educators on clinical placement: a bibliometric analysis, 2006–2026
收藏资源简介:
Reproducibility archive for a manuscript currently under double-anonymised peer review. Author, affiliation and journal details are withheld to preserve review anonymity and will be restored upon acceptance. Contains the complete classified corpus (CiNii Research 207 + PubMed/MEDLINE 184 records, 2006–2026), the nine theme term sets in Japanese and English, the record-level content coding of the harm subset, the second-coder reliability materials, and the analysis and figure-generation scripts. Applying the term sets to the dataset reproduces every count in Table 2 of the manuscript exactly. This version (v3) adds six supplements and four scripts that were not part of v2: - Supplement S8 — identifier and citation audit: DOI/CRID coverage of both corpora and Crossref-indexed citation counts (Section 5.6)- Supplement S9 — cross-language replication: reclassification of the Japanese records by their English titles (Section 5.4)- Supplement S10 — temporal equivalence test: database-by-period interaction for each theme (Section 5.5)- Supplement S11 — estimator sensitivity: comparison of interval and odds-ratio estimators- Supplement S12 — publication-type restriction and theme co-occurrence- Supplement S13 — abstract-level validation: precision and recall of the title-based classification against retrievable abstracts The four added scripts are rebuild_figure_inputs.py (rebuilds the figure inputs from the deposited dataset; run this first), abstract_validation.py, estimator_sensitivity.py and publication_type_and_cooccurrence.py, which produce Supplements S13, S11 and S12 respectively. This version supersedes the earlier deposit, which accompanied a different framing of the same corpus that has since been withdrawn (see README.txt).
