Leaf microbiome of Serjania erecta

This study aims to investigate the microbial diversity in the leaves of S. erecta, hypothesizing that this diversity is low. It will assess the colonization of the leaves by epiphytic and endophytic fungi, as well as identify and quantify the diversity of species that comprise the endophytic fungal microbiome of this plant, highlighting its significance for traditional medicine.
