In this study, whole-genome and exome sequencing were performed on circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and the matched tumor tissues from lung cancer patients in order to reveal the key genomic alterations that relate to metastatic process and drug resistance. This study could provide pertinent information for personalized cancer therapy.
