Copypasta phage genome sequencing

We analysed Rhine river water samples for novel Escherichia coli infecting bacteriophages. We isolated a new virus Copypasta which has a filamentous morphology, characteristic of inoviruses. Future analyses of Copypasta may elucidate novel mechanisms of host-viral interactions and provide a novel platform for phage display.
