Angiosperms353 data and procedural scripts for nuclear phylogenomic analysis of Guadua paniculata species complex

This data set contains the raw sequences, scripts, alignments, trees, and summary files used in the estimation of phylogenetic trees to investigate the evolution of the Guadua paniculata bamboo species complex. Sequences were generated using the Angiosperms353 baits kit for the targeted capture of 353 nuclear genes, using two regular 600-cycle Illumina MiSeq flow cells or two SP (250 PE) Illumina NovaSeq 6000 flow cells. Original sequences may be downloaded for other molecular phylogenomic work; other summary files, scripts, alignments, and trees are included for replicability.
