The public land reference framework allows a mapping of the built and unbuilt land of public owners.It is structured according to two different orientations:• a comprehensive census of State property, local authorities and public institutions;• a refocused census on the land of the state and national public institutions with a view to implementing the mobilisation of public land for housing.
