本数据集收录的《地方城市规划》（Plan Local d'Urbanisme，PLU）与《土地占用规划》（Plan d'Occupation des Sols，POS）已完成数字化（矢量化）处理，并按法国市镇（commune）单元完成归集：雷恩都会区（Rennes Métropole）范围内的市镇数据由AUDIAR机构提供，雷恩都会区外的市镇数据由DDTM 35提供。已为该矢量化数字化空间区域配置属性信息。潜在应用方向：可用于开展多市镇辖区内依据PLU规划设定的土地利用研究。
