资源简介:
Bees are vital pollinators in ecosystems, which were easily disturbed by artificial activities. Taxonomic, functional and phylogenetic diversity were widely used to explore the ecosystem service of bees and their community dynamics. However, sampling, molecular and trait information are seldom provided at the same time in the previous studies. We built a novel and raw dataset with sampling records, traits data and barcodes for wild bees at the specimen level. A total of 1,198 bee specimens with DNA barcodes were generated from Wuhu (Anhui), Shangrao (Jiangxi), Xishuangbanna (Yunnan) and Beijing China. Up to 6,374 measurements were made of seven morphometric traits; inter-tegular distance (ITD), head width (HW), right-fore wing length (rfWL), hair length (HL), body length (BL), hind-leg length (HLL) and tibia length (TL) in this dataset. The barcodes of bees with traits are conductive to infer missing trait data, furthermore, make contributions to understanding of the evolution history and help to guide conservations of bees more comprehensively. In addition, we collated trait data from public papers and a total of 6,734 records about life-history trait were involved, inclduding lecty, sociality, parasitism and nest location of bees.
