Sheet 1: A statistic summary of genes from sheet 2. Sheet 2: A list of 396 breast cancer associated genes in which genomic variants were acquired and selected for during docetaxel exposure in the MCF-7 and MDA-MB-321 sub-lines. The variants include Class A and B variants plus CNA events that correlated with expression changes as observed in MDARES-150nM and MCF-7RES-65nM.
