Transcribed by Aḥmad b. Muḥammad, A. H. 1094 [=1683]
Foll. 22 and 23, foll. 286-293, and foll. 312-315 have been misplaced in binding.
In the original cover, with the inscription لاَ یَمَسُّهُ الخ [Do not touch it, etc. see Cat. no. 6]
