Using paired-end short-read whole genome sequencing, the goal of this project is to characterize the transgene insertion site of Tg(Tal1-cre/ERT)42-056Jrg, also known as HSC-Scl-CreERT.
A transgene rat line was inserted by the EGFP transgene vector in its genome. So we did whole genome squencing to find the position of EGFP insertion. THe raw data of squencing is submitted.
