Chemically Engineered Antibodies for Autophagy-based Receptor Degradation

To assess whether AUTAB treatment induces damage to other membrane-structured organelles, as well as activates stress signaling pathways, we analyzed the changes in mRNA expression levels in AUTAB-treated cells through RNA sequencing. This approach allowed us to determine the activation of relevant stress-related signaling pathways within the cells.
