Brandon Travel Datasets

Overview

This is the first official release of the BrandonTravel Datasets collection — an open-data initiative designed to support travelers, digital nomads, and travel developers.

It provides structured, machine-readable datasets that can be used in applications, APIs, dashboards, and research.

Included Datasets

Countries & Regions — ISO-based data with population, area, and geographic grouping

Airports & Airlines — IATA/ICAO codes, locations, and carrier information

Languages & Currencies — ISO-639 and ISO-4217 references for localization

Visa & Entry Requirements — tourism, working-holiday, and digital-nomad visa data

Safety & Advisory Indexes — compiled safety ratings and travel advisories from public sources

The project aims to make travel-related data open, standardized, and easy to integrate.

This dataset collection is released under the Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal (CC0) license — meaning you can freely use, modify, and distribute it without restriction.
