Accidents at work with low in the month by severity and activity (CNAE divisions) of 2019

In this section it is possible to obtain a series of statistics relating to injuries caused by accidents at work and occupational diseases in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, drawn up from the communications of parts of work accidents and occupational diseases to the labour authority and to social security.Since 1 January 2004, it was established by the Order of 20 November 2003 of the Minister for Justice, Employment and Social Security of the Basque Government who, in the CAPV, the submission to the labour authority of the parties of accidents and occupational diseases is carried out telematically through the IT application IGATT. Subsequently, Order TAS/1/2007, which establishes the model of part of occupational disease, establishes rules for its elaboration and transmission and creates the corresponding personal data file, ordered an electronic processing system for occupational diseases differentiated from the system used for accidents at work. The CEPROSS IT application was created, under the Directorate-General for Social Security Planning.This new regulation, as well as the entry into force on 1 January 2009 of the new National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE-2009) has required improvements in the system of notification and registration of accidents of the Department of Employment and Social Policies that contemplate the aforementioned updates.Make the relevant changes in the IGATT application, in 2012 the format of dissemination of the statistics on accidents at work and occupational diseases that is provided through the Osalan website has been changed. One of the reasons has been the improvements incorporated in the system of notification and registration of accidents at work of the Department of Employment and Social Policies in the process of control and validation of the declaration parts.As of 2012, access to the monthly statistical reports will be made by selecting the year and month of interest. Once the monthly period is chosen, the list of tables corresponding to that period will be displayed. The tables can be consulted and downloaded in various formats.Note that, in the tables showing comparative data with previous years, differences can be observed with the data provided through the previous dissemination system and that is still available in this section of statistics of the Osalan website. These differences are due to the new validation criteria.We recommend reading the document Methodological Note (pdf, 48 kb) before proceeding to consult or download the statistical tables in order to know the data source and the selection criteria used in the statistical operation.本节可获取巴斯克自治区（Autonomous Community of the Basque Country）内由工伤事故与职业病引发的各类统计数据，相关数据源自向劳工主管部门及社会保障机构提交的工伤事故申报与职业病申报材料。 2004年1月1日起，巴斯克政府司法、就业与社会保障大臣2003年11月20日发布的政令规定，在巴斯克自治区内，工伤事故与职业病申报需通过IGATT信息技术应用系统以远程方式提交。其后，2007年第TAS/1号政令确立了职业病申报单模板，明确了其编制与报送规则，并建立了对应个人数据档案，同时要求构建区别于工伤事故申报系统的职业病电子处理体系，该系统由社会保障规划总局下属的CEPROSS信息技术应用系统实现。 2009年1月1日，新版《国家经济活动分类（CNAE-2009）》正式施行，结合上述新规，就业与社会政策部门需对事故申报与登记系统进行升级，以适配前述更新要求。2012年，就业与社会政策部门对IGATT系统完成相关升级改造，同时调整了通过Osalan网站发布的工伤事故与职业病统计数据的传播格式，此次调整的原因之一在于该部门在事故申报的管控与核验流程中，对事故申报登记系统进行了优化。 自2012年起，用户可通过选择目标年份与月份，获取月度统计报告。选定月度周期后，系统将展示对应时段的统计表列表。用户可查阅并以多种格式下载这些统计表。 需注意的是，在展示跨年度对比数据的统计表中，可能会出现与此前传播系统发布的数据存在差异的情况，而该旧版传播系统的数据仍可在本次统计板块的Osalan网站中获取，此类差异源于全新的核验标准。我们建议用户在查阅或下载统计表格前，先阅读《方法论说明（pdf, 48 kb）》，以了解本次统计工作所采用的数据来源与筛选标准。
