N2O come from both natural and anthropogenic sources and agriculture soils amended with N fertilizers or/and manure are mainly anthropogenic sources which contribute uo to 66% of current anthropogenic N2O emissions at global scale. Therefore,agriculture soils play a key role for mitigation anthropogenic N2O emissions both regionally and globally. N2O is produced mainly by biological processes, both nitrifier and denitrifier controls by distal and proximal factors. Long-term N application could affect soil bacteria community and their function. We want to reveal the linkage of N2O emission and bacteria function, propose proper methods to mitigate N2O emission.
