Flash Eurobarometer 461: Perceived independence of the national justice systems in the EU among the general public

The survey was designed to explore the perceptions of judicial independence among the general public across the EU Member States, particularly: - how the general public rate the justice system in their country in terms of the independence of courts and judges; - the reasons why they rate the independence of the justice system the way they do.
