Annual reports provide an overview of the work of an agency during the reporting year. Most reporting years are for the financial year ending 30 June, though earlier twentieth century reports may have been for the calendar year ending 31 December.

年度报告旨在概述某一机构在报告年度内的工作全貌。多数报告期为以6月30日为截止日的财政年度，不过20世纪早期的部分报告可能采用以12月31日为截止日的日历年度。
