资源简介:

This record contains the jrsi_support_v4 dataset associated with the manuscript“Genome as Executable Constraints: A Metriplectic Framework for TopologicalGround States and Non-equilibrium Cycles” (Y. J. Lee). The archive jrsi_support_v4_updated.zip provides all figure-source data andsupporting tables needed to reproduce the numerical results, figures andtables in the paper and Supplementary Material. The main contents are: - data/: CSV and YAML files with residual-stress values Pres, constraint flags and diagnostics for all candidate topologies and cycles in the four case studies (insulin disulfide locking, TBP–DNA bending, collagen triple-helix assembly, and ATP synthase rotary operation), plus global parameter tables and invariants.- robustness/: additional CSV/YAML files used for in-silico ablations and parameter-sensitivity analyses (penalty-weight rescaling, stiffness perturbations, extended scans, boundedness tests, etc.).- mapping/: a small table mapping each file to the corresponding figure or table in the manuscript.- code/: minimal helper scripts used to generate summary tables from the data.- provenance/ and metadata/: checksums and metadata for internal consistency. The dataset is intended to make all numerical results in the manuscriptreproducible and to provide a starting point for further exploration of thePhysically Constrained Topological Solver (PCTS) and the metriplectic,constraint-based framework described in the paper. Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17636118 This record contains the jrsi_support_v4 dataset associated with the manuscript“Genome as Executable Constraints: A Metriplectic Framework for Topological Ground States and Non-equilibrium Cycles”.The archive jrsi_support_v4_updated.zip provides all figure-source data andnumerical results used in the manuscript, together with a minimal implementationof the Physically Constrained Topological Solver (PCTS). Version 1 (original release):- Figure-source data (CSV/YAML) for all four case studies.- Robustness and sensitivity analysis tables.- Minimal PCTS code to reproduce the results. Version 2 (this release):- Added “DNA Interpretation White Paper – Full Version (Korean)” as supplementary technical documentation.- The white paper explains the 4D Arrangement interpretation of DNA and the KEY / U–J dynamics framework in much greater detail, and summarises additional applications, risks and governance considerations.- No changes were made to the CSV/YAML data or code used for the JRSI analysis; all numerical results in the manuscript still correspond to the original v1 dataset.
