It is an FC (polygon) of buildings located in Miami-Dade County that will use the UBID number for the application of the BE305 program in order to have a unique identifier for each building that participates in the program. UBID numbers were generated using a custom API, which calculated the UBID based on X, Y, XMin, YMin, XMax, and YMax values derived from the centroid of each building structure. The buildings were extracted from the existing Feature class, BuildingFootprint2D, which comprises polygon features for all buildings within and outside the Urban Development Boundary (UDB), covering approximately 938 square miles. The planimetric layer for Miami-Dade County was updated in 2024 by the Earth Sciences and Resources Institute of America (ESRI). This feature class includes features extracted from LiDAR data captured by ESRI in 2018.
