Effect of repeated optogenetic stimulation on chromatin accessibility in the mouse dentate gyrus [ATAC-seq]

To investigate the effect of repeated neural overactivation in the chromatin accessibility of dentate gyrus neurons, we optogenetically stimulated mouse dentate gyrus repeatedly. Overall design: We then performed chromatin accessibility profiling using data obtained from ATAC-seq of mice in two different stimulation conditions and no stimulation condition. Comparative chromatin accessibility profiling of ATAC-seq data for mouse dentate gyrus neurons in three differnet conditions (No Stimulation, Stimx3+2wks, and Stimx10+2wks).
