As a social media platform, WeChat has become a key source of hot events and online public sentiment. Scientifically and accurately evaluating the influence of WeChat Official Accounts is of great theoretical and practical significance for clarifying the characteristics of WeChat information dissemination, deeply exploring its dissemination potential, and further standardizing and guiding dissemination behaviors on the WeChat platform. However, analyzing the influence of WeChat accounts solely through metrics such as reading volume and likes is overly one-sided. Therefore, this system uses the unified data indicator of WeChat Communication Index (WCI) to assess the dissemination influence of articles published by WeChat accounts in Zhejiang Province, providing data references for evaluating the influence of Zhejiang's WeChat accounts and deeply mining their communication capacity. The WeChat Communication Index reflects the communication capability and effect of accounts through their dissemination performance. Indicator System: Collected data: Daily average reading volume, daily average likes, per-article average reading volume, per-article average likes, maximum reading volume, maximum likes. Evaluation dimensions: The evaluation is conducted through three core dimensions: Overall Communication Power (O), Per-article Communication Power (A), and Peak Communication Power (P). WeChat Communication Index (WCI) 1. Overall Communication Power (O) (42%): Daily average reading volume (85%), daily average likes (15%) 2. Per-article Communication Power (A) (42%): Per-article average reading volume (85%), per-article average likes (15%) 3.
