Health regions, situation 04/02/2019 – correction 27/09/2019

The classification of the Flemish Region in care regions is laid down in the Healthcare Region Decree (https://codex.vlaanderen.be/Zoeken/Document.aspx?DID=1011102&param=inhoud&AID=1101198). The classification consists of several levels with a hierarchical structure based on natural spheres of influence. The levels are the regional-urban, small-urban, sub-level 1 and sub-level 2 at which regional-urban and small-urban priority. Sub-level 1 and sub-level 2 are a subdivision of the small-urban level into smaller units based on the number of inhabitants and/or surface area.佛兰德斯大区的医疗护理区域划分已在《医疗区域法令》（https://codex.vlaanderen.be/Zoeken/Document.aspx?DID=1011102&param=inhoud&AID=1101198）中予以明确规定。该划分体系基于自然影响范围构建层级结构，共设四个层级，分别为区域城市层级、小型城市层级、次级1级以及次级2级，其中区域城市层级与小型城市层级为优先层级。次级1级与次级2级是基于人口数量和/或国土面积，将小型城市层级进一步划分为更小单元所得到的细分层级。
