Transcriptome data from lung tissue of PRRSV-infected and un-infected pigs

The experiment was divided into two groups, one group of pigs infected with PRRSV and the other group of normal pigs without infection. The lung tissue of these two groups of pigs was taken and transcriptome sequencing was performed.
