Forest Green Treefrog, Rhacophorus arboreus, oviduct transcriptome analysis. Zhangixalus arboreus

In order to analyze the egg batch sponge-like foam of Forest Green Treefrog, Rhacophorus arboreus, total RNA is extracted from the oviducts before and after egg laying, and we will identify the genes whose expression levels significantly change during egg laying. By comparing this result with the mass spectrometry analysis of the egg batch sponge-like foam components, we will comprehensively identify the foam components of Forest Green Treefrog.
