APP tool that will allow citizens to report on situations that occur in the public spaces of the city and that need to be managed by the City Council. Citizens will be able to report incidents that have occurred in streets, roads, green spaces, furniture and urban equipment without needing to describe where the photo was taken since the location is obtained by georeferencing the mobile itself.本应用程序（APP）供市民上报城市公共空间内发生、且需市政委员会（City Council）处置的各类状况。市民可上报发生于街道、道路、绿地、公共设施与城市配套设备中的各类事件，由于系统可通过移动设备自身的地理定位获取上报位置，因此市民无需手动说明照片拍摄地点。
