Determinants of AI Adoption Among HR Professionals

AI is rapidly entering HR work worldwide, yet many firms especially in Indonesia are still not fully ready to adopt it. The aim is to test what drives HR professionals’ intention and actual adoption of AI using the UTAUT model (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions) with AI intention as a mediator.
