After WGS of human DNA samples obtained from the oral cavity, reads not aligning to human reference genome GRCh38.p13 were extratced and analyzed for the the presence of microbial genomes. The data is described in "The microbial contamination and composition of oral samples subjected for clinical whole genome sequencing" by Kumar et. al. The sample's age is represented in days at the time of sampling.
