Escherichia coli Genome sequencing and assembly

This project comprises the genomic and phenotypic characterisation of Escherichia coli isolates recovered from clinical specimens, specifically clinical exudates and urine samples. The study focuses on differentiating isolates based on their exopolysaccharide production status: mucoid and non-mucoid phenotypes.
