16s rRNA sequencing of human colorectal cancer tissue

We recruited 251 colorectal cancer surgery patients at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, and performed 16s rRNA sequencing on the postoperative tissues. A total of 244 patients had intestinal cancer tissue and paired adjacent normal tissue samples. The data included a total of 245 intestinal cancer tissue samples and 247 adjacent normal tissue samples.
