Kildare County Council's Municipal Art collection Purchasing and Donations Policy. Images of pieces in the collection along with a brief description of artwork and artist details. Kildare County Council’s Municipal Art Collection was established through the Architects Department in the 1970s, Kildare County Council established an Arts Service in 1999 which took on the Municipal Collection within its’ Visual Arts remit.
