Depletion-Induced Interactions Modulate Nanoscale Protein Diffusion in Polymeric Crowder Solutions

This is the data set associated with the publication: Depletion-Induced Interactions Modulate Nanoscale Protein Diffusion in Polymeric Crowder Solutions. It contains small‑angle X‑ray scattering (SAXS) intensities of polymeric crowder molecules measured at the DELTA synchrotron radiation facility, TU Dortmund, Germany. The data comprise samples of dextran at three molecular weights (40, 100 and 500 kg/mol) and Ficoll with a molecular weight of 400 kg/mol, at concentrations ranging from 1 - 35 %w/w. For each molecular weight, the scattering vector q and the background‑subtracted scattering intensity I(q) for each concentration are provided as .xlsx files.
