FRM Local Plan Districts (LPDs)

Flood Risk Management Local Plan Districts (LPDs) are geographical areas that are designated for flood management under the Flood Risk Management Act (Scotland) 2009. These areas have been based on river catchments that can cross administrative and institutional boundaries, in some locations local edits have been made to ensure locations which are part of the same sewer catchment have not been split across LPDs. SEPA and responsible authorities use these areas for the co-ordination of flood risk management in Scotland and to develop ongoing partnership working.洪水风险管理地方规划区（Flood Risk Management Local Plan Districts，LPDs）是依据2009年《苏格兰洪水风险管理法》划定的洪水管理专用地理区域。此类区域以可跨越行政与体制边界的河流集水区为基础划定，部分区域还进行了本地化调整，以确保同一下水道集水区的范围不会被拆分至不同的LPD中。苏格兰环境保护局（SEPA）与相关负责主管部门将此类区域用于苏格兰境内洪水风险管理的统筹协调，并推进持续开展的伙伴协作工作。
