RNA-seq analysis of gene expression patterns of embryos in the post-implantation stages E5.25, E5.5 and E5.75

We analyzed the expression pattern of mouse embryos along the proximal-distal axis including both epiblast and extraembryonic ectoderm. The stages we investigated are E5.25, E5.5 and E5.75 to identify genes involved in formation of the pro-amniotic cavity. Examination of gene expression patterns in embryos in the post-implantation stages E5.25, E5.5 and E5.75 along the proximal-distal axis.
