Tea RAD-seq, classification of tea cultivars.

For classification of tea cultivars, their sequence data were obtained by RAD-seq analysis. The samples included green tea cultivars derived from Kyoto and Shizuoka, miscellaneous Japanese green tea cultivars, and black and oolong tea cultivars. A maximum likelihood tree was constructed based o the sequence data and was compared to a phylogram based on SSR markers.
