Transcriptome analysis of the three equine tissue

The aim of the project was to identify the tissue-specific patterns of gene expression of selected horse tissues, derived from two germ layers, endodermal (liver and lung) and mesenchymal (cardiac striated muscle) origin. Overall design: One-condition experiment, heart vs. lung, heart vs. liver, liver vs. lung. Biological replicates: 4 heart replicates, 4 lung replicates, 4 liver replicates.
