NSW Imagery Theme Rapid Response - Historical Hazard Events 2011 – 2013

Access APINSW Imagery Theme\nRapid Response - Historical Hazard Events 2011 – 2013\n\nRapid response\nimagery is captured and produced to identify visible features and terrain in\norder to support emergency management decision making during and after adverse\nnatural events. In this case the imagery covers areas affected flooding and fire\nevents 2011-2013.\n\nAdditionally, the\nrapid response imagery product is used on a whole of government basis as a\nvisible record of the landscape at a given point in time, allowing for\ncomparative analysis to be carried out over multiple capture dates. The imagery\nwas created by ortho-rectifying and mosaicing data from flight lines over the\nproject area captured by Spatial Services using a Leica-Geosystems ADS80\nairborne digital sensor. An ECW product is created as a Standard Colour (RGB)\northorectifed mosaic file and a JP2 file is created as a False Colour (NRG)\northorectified file. 快速响应影像通过采集与制作，识别可见地物与地形，以支持自然灾害发生期间及灾后的应急管理决策。本数据集的影像覆盖2011-2013年受洪涝与火灾灾害影响的区域。

此外，该快速响应影像产品可在全政府范围内作为特定时间点景观的可见记录，支持对多期采集影像开展对比分析。本影像由空间服务部门（Spatial Services）使用徕卡地理系统（Leica-Geosystems）ADS80机载数字传感器，对项目区域的飞行航线数据进行正射校正（ortho-rectifying）与影像镶嵌（mosaicing）处理后生成。其中，ECW格式产品为标准彩色（RGB）正射镶嵌文件，JP2格式产品为假彩色（NRG）正射校正文件。文件大小取决于具体项目区域、压缩比及影像波段数。

作为快速响应类产品，本数据集符合《2016年12月影像产品与规格说明》中针对该类产品规定的标准与精度规范。
