Consumption is key to post pandemic socio-economic stimulation. Traditionally, studies have used proxies like consumption venues, GDP, and nighttime lights to measure consumption vitality. Few have obtained real-time card data from banks. There's a pressing need for an open-source dataset to capture large-scale offline consumption expenditure. This study introduces CONSUM-100, a dataset covering China, including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, with a spatial resolution of 100 meters. Derived from open-source review big data, it offers a simple and clear estimation method. Its reliability is verified through fitting with statistical indicators. CONSUM-100 enables precise identification of offline consumption vitality across China, supporting analysis and modeling. It provides a robust data resource for interdisciplinary fields like economics, sociology, and geography. Aligned with the UN SDGs, especially SDG 11 and SDG 12, CONSUM-100 plays a crucial role in promoting sustainable regional economic development, boosting consumption, and aiding retail economic planning.
