Important note: The dataset is updated daily under OpenData NRW! Under Paragraph 15a(2) of the Law on Landscapes NRW, the technical contribution of nature conservation and landscape maintenance contains an inventory and an assessment of the state of nature and landscape. Guiding principles and recommendations for the protection, care and development of nature and landscape, especially for a biotope network, are to be derived from this. As a spatial reference basis at the level of the technical paper, a comprehensive landscape spatial structure in the form of landscape spaces is carried out. The demarcation refers to natural circumstances as underlying the nature spatial structure and also takes into account the current utilisation structures — infrastructure, structural use, forestry and agriculture. A “landscape document” describes the natural, cultural equipment and landscape of the space as well as its previous development. In a mission statement, a further development of the landscape area, which is favourable from the point of view of nature conservation and landscape maintenance, is described, objectives and concrete measures are formulated to achieve a state that is close to the mission statement. The guiding principles as well as concrete objectives and proposals for measures on landscape areas are a basis for the formulation and spatial presentation of development objectives in the regional plan (landscape framework plan) and in the landscape plans.

重要提示：本数据集每日于北莱茵-威斯特伐利亚州开放数据（OpenData NRW）更新！依据《北莱茵-威斯特伐利亚州景观法》第15a条第2款，自然保护与景观养护技术报告包含对自然与景观现状的清查与评估。据此可推导出自然与景观保护、养护及开发的指导原则与建议，尤其适用于生物栖息地网络建设。作为该技术报告的空间参考基准，本次以景观空间为基本单元，构建了覆盖全域的景观空间结构。其边界划定以自然本底条件作为自然空间结构的底层支撑，同时兼顾当前土地利用结构——包括基础设施、建设用地、林业与农业生产用地。“景观文档”系统阐述了该区域的自然与人文禀赋、景观风貌及既往开发沿革。在任务声明中，将明确符合自然保护与景观养护理念的景观区域优化开发路径，并设定具体目标与实施举措，以达成贴合任务声明要求的景观状态。上述指导原则、景观区域的具体目标与举措提案，是区域规划（景观框架规划）及景观规划中制定开发目标并开展空间表达的核心依据。
