Prototheca zopfii strain:18125 | breed:fungi Genome sequencing and assembly

The goal of this study is to build a no-gap genome s of P. zopfii using next-generation sequencing methods, and to gain an insight into the pathogenesis of protothecosis, and to tentatively explore some possible virulence genes of the organism.
