VPRS 280 Supreme Court - Appeals from the County Court

From the passing of the County Court (Amendments) Act 1854 there has been the right to appeal to the Supreme Court against a judgment given in the County Court.This series consists of the files of appeals made to the Supreme Court against judgments in the County Court. Files may contain a brief on behalf of the appellant(s), the Rule giving the Supreme Court judgment of the appeal, affidavits regarding the appeal, a statement of costs related to the appeal and a County Court plaint summons.
