This dataset contains the data, code, inputs, reported outputs, and provenance records supporting the revised manuscript, "A Bounded Inverse-Orifice PTO Force Law for a Two-Body Point Absorber: Peak-Force-Matched Evaluation Across Multiple Wave Conditions." The study evaluates a bounded inverse-orifice mechanical power-take-off (PTO) force law for the WEC-Sim Reference Model 3 two-body point absorber under frozen, peak-force-matched controller comparisons. The release includes: (i) the final clean manuscript and supplementary material, LaTeX source, bibliography, class dependencies, and production figure assets; (ii) frozen wave, seed, target-force, and selection records for the 17-holdout evaluation; (iii) project-owned WEC-Sim input and runner functions, controller models, and comparator implementations; (iv) results supporting fixed, clipped-damper, spring-damper, static nonlinear-orifice, causal adaptive-orifice, active-reactive, and constrained receding-horizon MPC comparisons; (v) independent-seed, selection-stability, schedule-transfer, boundary-probe, controller-parameter, hydrodynamic, and plant-bias evidence; and (vi) physical PTO, hydraulic feasibility, actuator-interface, and layered energy-ledger materials. All reported cross-controller outcomes are defined at the common mechanical PTO-force input and absorbed-mechanical-power port. The archive contains SHA-256 manifests and verification tools for file-integrity checking, together with a documented clean-room smoke workflow that replays an archived case at the stored parameter values. The verified execution environment is MATLAB R2026a Update 1 with Simulink and WEC-Sim v7.0.0, commit 7a0d324483bb40ec2f3be3e9186abadac2c09706. WEC-Sim is not redistributed; users should install a compliant copy and set WECSIM_ROOT before running the reproduction workflow. No proprietary data are included.
