资源简介:
White poplar (Populus alba L.) is an evolutionarily young species of dicotyledonous woody plants distributed in temperate and subtropical zones of Eurasia and North Africa. In Russia, it grows in the south of the European part, south of Western Siberia and in the Caucasus; there is a gap between the European and Caucasian parts of its range. Despite the existing economic importance of the species and great prospects for its utilization, there are no molecular studies on the phylogeography of white poplar for the territory of Russia. We present 36 WGS sequences of Populus alba, collected from different parts of Russia and Kazakhstan. Mostly from european part of Russia.
